I had a very emotional night, yesterday. I dont wanna say it. Some things are best kept to oneself. Then, why would I bother mentioning it here? Well, I just want somethin or someone, in this case, my blog to remind me of yesterday night. Usually I'll write all the bad experiences in a piece of paper and when I'm feeling much better, I'll just tear that paper away. It is a good way to release tension and sadness but it did no good in solving the problems. I dunno how blogging will help but I feel much better now.
I watched Anastacia (the animation) again. This might sound silly but the song, "Once Upon A December" made me cry. I like that song all this time but yesterday night, the song reduced me to tears. Tears just started flowing. The song is just so ... soothing. Come to think about it, the song might be at the right place at the right time. I am very silly. Sometimes, after a long bad day, I'll just turn on my favourite music which is Angel by Sarah Mclachlan. It still puzzles me how this song manages to make me cry a river. Maybe a spell. Dont bother. After crying, it's so much easier to sleep and face the next day. I really thank God for giving female the ability to cry as often as they want. Crying really helps a lot, emotionally, mentally and physically. The lyrics to both songs might not be related to my problems but the rhytmes are so comforting and relaxing.
So I end this post with the lyric of Once Upon A December. Excuse me while I continue humming the song.
Dancing Bears,
Painted Wings,
Things I almost remember.
And a song someone sings,
Once upon a December.
Someone holds me safe and warm.
Horses prance through a silver storm.
Figures dancing gracefully
Across my memory....
Someone holds me safe and warm.
Horses prance through a silver storm.
Figures dancing gracefully
Across my memory....
Far away, long ago,
Glowing dim as an ember,
Things my heart
Used to know,
Things it years to remember...
And a song
Someone sings
Once upon a December
