Lavender

When i read my recent blog, the sentence "Current Position" makes me feel so "karma-sutra-ish"....

Anyway, I recently watched a chinese movie called, "Lavender" again. I just love that show. The meaning behind it is just so... meaningful! Many people might brushed it off as another cheesy fictional love story but NO! This is different.

A girl who can cry so much for love.. even the angel of happiness is touched by her love for her deceased lover. The angel of happiness plans to make the woman happy but the angel fails to do so. In fact, the angel falls for the girl. The angel lives on love from people, which leads him to be a gigolo (ignore tht part). I especially like the angel's boots. So cool + cute. Then, the angel needs to go back to heaven or he will die. Then girl realised that she loves the angel too but impossible now. So when the angel went back to heaven, so happens that girl meets another guy who looks like the angel and that guy is all the time around her. Is this fate?
What I like about the movie is :-

1- It makes me wonder whether will I ever get the chance to love somebody so much to the extent of shedding pools of tears. I know people say that if a guy really loves you, he wont make you cry.. but in this case, the question is will I ever meet a guy that deserved so much of my tears?

2- Does fate really exists? I know it does somehow but .. fate seems so superficial bcos.. i never experience it firsthand before.

3- Takeshi Kaneshiro as the lead actor. What more can I ask? Mix breed guys are just hot.

4- Adds to my list of unattainable guys, which includes Sanzo, Keanu Reeves, Daniel Wu, Stephen Fung, Jude Law.. bla bla bla.. You get it.

5- Gives me something to daydream about. AhHHHhhhhH... TAkeshi.. my angel... *MuahHAHhaHA*

6- The name of the movie, Lavender, is enough to make you watch it.

7- The landscape is nice?.. The lavender farm. Train station. Such places make me wanna go there someday but dunno where lerh..

8- The movie provides humour too.. And the CHowchow is so cute..!! Good choice of dog breed!!

9- Oh!.. and I like the scene where the girl meets her reincarnated boyfriend who turns out to be a black buffalo.

10- And 10! I like the smell of Lavender!!!>.

What I dont like about the movie is Kelly Chen. Just dont like her. Period.

Bottomline, I love this show. XXXXXXXXX.

I give it 9 out of 10. Minus 1 mark for bad choice of lead actress!.. K la. Kelly chan can act but dont like her. nope nope nope. I prefer... Lee Sin jie or kristy yang.
