Bad day.

I didn't think that things can change so fast..

For example,

Case 1:

When I arrived at Manipal, my roommate, Alicia and I "were" very close to two other guys. We would go anywhere together (lunch & dinner) to the extent that people will ask if we were not seen together. I thought this will be the people (the 2 guys) i will be close with, those i can trust and depend but then..... something happened. This "friendship" only lasted for a month. We are still friends but not that close anymore. The "hi-bye" kind. It's ok with me but I just find it weird... because at one point, I thought I am lucky to find nice companies in a foreign land, then something happened and we became strangers again.

But the good side to this is.. without this "break-up, I wouldn't have find more and better friends. (Yerh, sounds mean but it's true).. and I have to admit, I am happier now. x) So, there's always TWO sides to a coin.

Case 2:

These few days, I' ve been very close to friends who I dont expect to be "that" close with BUT I am enjoying every moment of it. It's quite scary come to think bout it. I dont know whether is it me who changed or my friends who are changed. Whatever is it, I just hope it's for the better.

Cases closed (or not):

There's nothin much i can do to salvaged the friendship when I'm acting all alone. Once drifted apart, it'll never be the same again. Morever when there's a grudge held against that someone, it'll keep on accumulating tIll.. one day, it'll just burst. I am fortunate/unfortunate enough to not yet experience such explosure. Fortunate cos, it'll be a very awkward situation for both and unfortunate because it's like putting on a show.

By: Inspector Leech ( Inspired by Inspector Clouseau)..

By the way, 28 February was one unlucky day for me. I really understand the malay idiom, "Sudah jatuH ditimpa tangga". WHy??.. Let me see,

  1. I slept early the night before but ironically woke up late when usually when I sleep late, I still manage to wake up early (or at least my designated time)
  2. My hair got tangled at the comb (DONT ASK)... but I still wanna tell. Think of 1000 mice tails entangled to comb. It's THAT bad! Thank God, there's Huiwan to the rescue. She came to my house and helped me snipped the comb away and free my poor poor hair. Ya ya. Laugh all you want. Leechen provide free entertainment on the house. If you are wondering, it's the round black plastic comb with rounded beaded tops, bought from Guardian Pharmacy, which costs about RM29.90, hate that comb. Hate it!..
  3. We left my house to meet up with Yattuang in Klang Parade for lunch. Huiwan left the lift at the ground floor. When it's my turn to leave at the basement, I was stuck in the elevator for at least 20 seconds. Yerh!.. At that moment, it seems ok to me but come to think bout it, when I put all the events together today, it really pisses me off now.
  4. Then, my handphone has been giving me problems. It's still under warranty (relieved) but... !@#$%^&, it'll take one week to repair. Oh, it's ok. No problem. As long as I dont have to pay cent but.. NO.. i'm leaving this friday which only means there's only 3 days to repair the phone. The handphone guy says it's impossible to repair it in such short notice. He need his bloddy ONE week = 7 days. Find. Guess I have to use handsfree then change my bloody phone when I'm back in September.
  5. The handphone guy took my SIM card out and when he put it back and switch on the phone, the handphone required pin code. Now, *scratching head*, I dont remember having pin code for my phone. Then I just randomly enter any numbers and after 3 guesses, my phone got barred. *Yippee* Next, PUK code. Wth? Again, thank God Huiwan was there. She helped me with the phone and all.
  6. I forgot to buy reload card at the handphone booth in Klang Parade when I had the chance and when I went to Jusco, the e-load machine was out or order. Reloading RM10 is out of the question. So, I topped up RM30. dA*N.
  7. The earrings that my mum gave me, the left one is missing. How unlucky can that be? It has dropped before, twice, and twice someone found it and return it to me. Now.. fat chance.
  8. Unrelated case, my younger brother's handphone was stolen from his bag and youngest brother might have measles. =(

I think the comb incident has affected my day. That's why I felt unlucky the whole day. Collected all the bad "chi".

The turn of my luck must be the Pink Panther movie. It's so hilarious, I think all bad karma was released through my thunderous laughter. (Still not as loud as huiwan's though, XP)

Thank God it's a new day.

P:s: i pity those whose birthday is on the 29th February. Unique but pitiful.

I emigrated to the UK from Malaysia as a child after the infamous riots where was 35 years ago and things have not changed much.

It is common to read in the Malaysian tabloids that these uncivilised malay buggers rape their own daughters and perform other disgusting acts.

I have no regrets at all when I surrendered my Malaysian passport and took up British nationality.

My advice to all oversea Chinese is to avoid Malaysia like the plague.

You know something - once outside the perimeters of Malaysia, these malay savages are so small in value even a dog has more value than them!

Imagine our prime minister lecturing on the real facts of peace and unity in Malaysia.

"We (government) do not practise meritocracy and social fairness. We practise discrimination and racism in our education system, housing discount and allocation, jobs, university entry. We blackmail and extort non-bumis through Approved Permits and shares equity. We dish out handouts to bumis, etc. That is how we achieve peace and unity in Malaysia."

The only reason why there is peace and unity is because the non-bumis are tolerant, progressive, peace, moderate, magnanimous and loving, despite the racism, keris wielding and discriminatory policies.

If the future leader is bollocks then the future of this country is also bollocks.

The education system in this country from top to bottom is going from bad to worst, we are producing robots, incompetent, hapless, crony and brainwashed leaders.

Going by that, the track record of the Umno government is nothing less than embarrassing and shameful.

While the rich and famous in the Umno coalition is feasting off the richness of the land christened Malaysia, thousands more are languishing in poverty, sickness and adverse social circumstances.

I care for my fellow citizens regardless of race and religion and there is nothing more I wish to see that for them to be able to lead a decent life through diligence and honesty. But such values are of no worth in a corrupted and racist system like the Umno government's.

The current debate is not about race, religion or political ideology. It is about good values or rather, the lack of them in the current Umno politicians.

One must not mistake hatred against racism with hatred against race. The former is admirable, and the latter is deplorable.

From the comments of you malay, I can conclude that he is either delirious and confused or he is simply a typical Umno politician - colored-vision, conceited and paranoid.

Your comments clearly show your insecurity as well as your inferiority complex. Unfortunately, your comments suggest that your views represent all the malays.

It also shows that you, as representing the malays, concede that you are not prepared and will never be prepared, even in the future, to meet with competition. You suggest that you need to be wrapped in cotton wool for all time.

The world does not owe you a favour and will not wait for you. A big problem is that you expect the world and everyone to owe you a living. Get real the world owes you nothing!

You may be the ketuanan of Malaysia but what kind of Malaysia will that be by then if you continue with your tunnel vision and refuse to meet and compete with the rest of the world. You will be in a very small country and a small world of your own. You may be the ketuanan of such a country which may be weaker than a banana republic in time.

Under those circumstance, it may not be important whether you are the ketuanan of such a country which is not third rate but fourth rate, and which may be open to be taken by a stronger force. By then you will be too weak and friendless to defend yourself.

Please don't think that Malaysia belongs to one particular race, you are insulting yourself, and your race, don't ever forget that some key leaders in top government are with mixed blood, not pure malays……….please know your mission as a Malaysian, to live united with the other races and fight independently with the globalised world.

Don't be narrow-minded anymore, do correct thing to make things right.

The "bumiputera" stole the land from Orang Asli. By right all of Malaysia should belong to them. If recall history as the current generation of malays came over from Sumatra, Jawa, and the island around.

If your thinking remain the same - please go back to Indonesia where you can proudly call yourself bumis there.

Mosques are mushrooming all over the place, even in non-malay majority areas - disturbing the peace of the neighbourhood by blasting their speaker out loud - even when people are trying to sleep?

We are all allowed to be grateful? Some people just want their beliefs to dominate over others.

You malays can become bloodsuckers and parasites, sucking on income tax from Chinese. Become lazy and stupid and never grow up! Never learn how to work hard!

The 1969 riot is because malays are jealous and barbaric! Just like thieves and murderers! Nothing to do with reason and justice.

It is time politicians especially from MCA, try not to pull wool over our eyes.

Malaysia is heaven on earth if compare with Afghanistan, Iraq or Sudan. I think what trying to say is that, Malaysia is so low in the level of social liberties enjoyed that we are only slightly better than a country with a totally autocratic regime.

However the roads in the city center are not even paved!

So having old vehicles spewing pollutants in the air, filthy toilets, and chaotic traffic woes is unexpected.

If the only way you can look is down, the only way you can go is down.

The next time a BN minister says that all Malaysians should be thankful because we don't have war and famine like Iraq or Sudan, bear in mind that what he/she really meant is that despite the BN politicians being heavily corrupted, ineffective at administration and totally racist, we should suck our rage in and shut up, because nobody gets killed in a war or dies of hunger in Malaysia.

I feel I am not very comfortable with Indonesia. The government, when think of it, it is also quite funny.

First, they don't want Chinese to be in their country. Good, kill Chinese and get them out of the country. After when they are no Chinese in Indonesia, now look at the country - A junk country. Useless currency, the country is over populated with uneducated peoples.

No more Chinese in Indonesia mean no one do business there. Because 70% of the economy are control by Chinese. In addition, majority of the company are own and run by Chinese.

And you? You are just a person filled with racial jealousy. Proof? Why should we prove anything to you? We are a rich and prosperous race, I couldn't care less if dirt crawler like you don't believe it. Back to the hole you came from!

Malays, you are in denial. You want evidence? Just open your eyes and look! All around you, in the TV, on the streets, in Indonesia, in China, everywhere! Chinese are superior money makers!

Ha……….it is not about boosting our ego. I mean why would we have to? We have so much to be proud of already. It is a matter of truth.

I am sorry if you can't take the reality that malays aren't the ones who control a good amount of economy in South-East Asia. But it is not like you don't have anything to be proud of.

I am not thinking that our races are the best. I am talking the truth. Look at Indonesia before the riot, the country is well and stable. But after they have thrown all the Chinese away, the country has fallen. And lots of poor peoples there. The logic is already able to tell you.

Hahaha! Despite living in Malaysia, I already have second home in Australia Perth. Why should I must live in Malaysia! What a fool!

I will pay loyalty to Australia. Why should I pay my loyalty to country like Malaysia which only care about their own ass malays? Where Chinese is treated as second class citizens there!

Why should I care about your peoples, and also I don't care about your peoples anymore. Because I am spending more time live at Australia. One day you will see your country collapse and become a second Iraq. You will see the time will come.

Malays, stop your stupid thinking. The truth is the truth. One more thing, you make the laugh when I think of, you can't even compete with the Chinese! Most Chinese think that your kind is crook. If you know where what I mean.

Your anti Chinese thinking will never improve your peoples. You should look into yourself before you insult other races.

You can't even compete with the Chinese, my friend. We are everywhere. Doing business, earning money. Anti Chinese is always anti China. Every word is against the China. Even China become superpower, you will find something to say China is bad. Ha!

It is extremely unwise for a Chinese to flaunt his wealth in Indonesia. He should have kept quiet about his wealth and stash away his money in a hidden Swedish bank account.

A country is poor because of its own faults, don't blame others. China was extremely poor until the 1980s when it decided to drop its arrogant ideals and open its economy.

For example, if you want to be rich. What are you going to do? Of course, hard working and think logic. That is how a businessman will success. Don't blame anyone else if you are poor. Blame yourself for not work harder and smarter enough to be rich.

This is different - Chinese success in Indonesia, where the malays start killing Chinese is because of jealousy. And Indonesians should stop blaming Chinese for monopolizing the economy because Indonesians themselves are quite lazy compared with ethnic Chinese.

What do you expect, his Indonesia homeland is weak and the peoples are poor. His culture stays in the bottom of the world. Maybe he should look into himself before commenting other races. What a shame!

But come on, Chinese culture is obviously superior to those countries in South-East Asia such as the Philippine, Malaysia and Indonesia.

China has had an ancient civilization and a long commercial tradition. It is no coincidence that Chinese have uniformly dominated the economies of this region for so long. It is a cultural difference, not a racial one.

If Philippine, Malaysia and Indonesia adopted Chinese culture and become Chinese way, they would be just as successfully. It is a matter of cultural values and a certain worldview.

It is undeniable that malays are stupid, lazy and incapable. Why don't they just humbly admit the facts and repent and learn from other races especially Chinese?

What is the point to argue here and wasting time again?

From the first onwards we were merely telling the truths. It wasn't us who think that way but their own Pak Lah as well.

All malays should go and read the newspaper, even Pak Lah is ashamed of maintaining the NEP after 34 years of implementing it and these malay baboons are still asking for it.

Even Pak Lah wanted them to compete on a level playing field.

So what does all these tell the world? It sends a very clear message that it is malays themselves who are incapable and lazy and they don't even want to admit it and make a change!

That is the biggest shame of all.

Can't you see, it is all back to square one. Year in, year out, some talk for half an hour, some one, some two. Some sing, many belt out their most recent released 'pantun'.

After all. Malays are good at that. Suggestions after suggestions, some good, some impossible to realize.

But, do you see any of these materialised? Hardly. Why, why and why???

Because the malays can never change. Never! Why?

The leaders forgot or were it they simply didn't want to admit and address that the actual disease is the malays and the remedy itself is also, the malays. They can never change. What is it about the malays?

Firstly as you all know, they are a lazy species. Since the beginning of time they have been like that. Even the encyclopedia called them as lazy people. I think those British with their accent tried to call them 'malas', and if you put 'y' in, it becomes 'malays'.

Embracing Islam make them a worse lot. Now they have a license to kill anything that gets into their way.

Malays are ungrateful lot. In reality, they just can't live or open their minds for others. When Mahathir said that they are complacent, they put him in jail. When Mahathir encouraged them to learn English language, they got angry with him, saying it is a 'bahasa penjajah'.

When other races 'maju', they got angry with them too. That was why at the end of Mahathir his regime, he said this, "I have achieved greatness as a prime minister, but I only fail in one thing, changing the malays."

Well, nothing to be surprised about anyway since Mahathir is not really a malay, and I guess that was why the malays were angry with him.

Drug abuse, hate, incest, liberal extremism (culture of miniskirts and gay marriages), murder, racism, rape, religious fanaticism, parochialism, snatch theft, spoilt-bratty behavior, tribalism, wife abuse, child abuse, all that is associated with the malay race.

To them, malay is the biggest impediment towards building a truly Malaysian nation, and should be chucked into the dustbins of history.

A genetically flawed race cannot be fixed by politically. Nature will take its course and globalization will put them out to pasture.

What have we got now?

Brain drain, economic disparity getting wider, poor education system, racial segregation, widespread corruption, inefficiency and uncompetitive on the government departments and others.

Sad. Sad. Sad. The question asked by many of my fellow Chinese is this - Why can't you just tell the malay peoples to adopt Chinese culture which is superior?

From research, this peninsular was part of the Siamese empire way before these malays from Indonesia invaded it.

Still so thick skin, don't want to go back to Indonesia!
